Refund Policy:

At Longevity & Beyond Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality services and products to our clients. We take great care in preparing and delivering our treatments and medications to ensure your satisfaction and safety. However, in the rare event that your medicine is spilled or damaged upon delivery, we offer a refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Refund requests for spilled or damaged medicine must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Photographic evidence of the spilled or damaged medicine must be provided to support the refund request.

3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the request and verifying the evidence.

4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.

5. Refunds for spilled or damaged medicine are subject to a 35% processing fee to cover administrative costs.

Please note that refunds are only applicable for spilled or damaged medicine and do not extend to other circumstances such as dissatisfaction with the treatment or results. We take utmost care in preparing and handling your medications, but in the unlikely event of a spill or damage, please contact us immediately to initiate the refund process.


Cancellation Policy:

At Longevity & Beyond Clinic, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure fairness and efficiency in our operations, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a 50% refund.

2. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No-shows or cancellations without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund and will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients and manage our resources effectively.

If you have paid for your appointment in advance and need to cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice, please contact our customer support team to initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction within 10 business days of the cancellation.
